Immobilizing and extricating casualties under the most demanding conditions requires a device that can be easily transported and applied rapidly, safely and securely. The NAR Extrication Vest is the solution that rises to meet these challenging circumstances. This device is designed for efficiency and flexibility. A centered notch at the top provides access to the back of the head. The upper area of the chest flaps folds back to accommodate well-developed upper bodies as well as to provide easy access to electrodes. The chest flaps are wider at the bottom for better coverage. The chest strap is sewn to the left side to prevent entanglement. The five securing straps, designed for reliable immobilization, have color-coded buckles to ensure accurate connections. The leg straps are centered for anatomical correctness. Additionally, the entire unit rolls up for convenient storage and easy transport to the scene. |
